When you invest in a franchise, you’re also investing in a support structure that’s designed to stay behind you throughout the entirety of the franchise process. You’re not in this alone. Our extensive Byrider franchise training programs, both at our on-site training center and OnTrack, an online learning opportunity, are engineered to prepare you to open your business with confidence and give you the best chance to get a high return on your investment. Whether you have tons of time to devote to learning the business and staying abreast of industry trends, or your time is limited, we tailor our training programs to fit your needs.
To ensure that you are as successful as possible, our Franchise Support Team is there to assist you every step of the way. From finance and real estate to training and technology service, Byrider provides complete support for our franchisees so that you can truly provide your customers with better used cars, affordable payments, and better car care to generate maximum profitability.
Our Franchise Executive Team is also at your service. These executives, at the helm of Byrider, are all skilled professionals who will enhance the value of your investment. The executive team at Byrider is one of the most well-rounded franchise company management teams around. Over half of our team has been a part of Byrider for more than 10 years. The other team members bring a wealth of knowledge and experience in their areas of expertise. The franchise body recognizes this group as the most talented team in the company’s 30-year history.
In addition to our support teams, each franchisee is assigned their own franchise consultant, whose job is to answer questions and provide advice throughout the entire lifespan of the business.
No Experience Needed
While you’re more than welcome to pursue a franchise with us if you’ve worked in the auto industry before, we actively seek qualified franchisees from a wide variety of backgrounds. Your ability to manage a team and keep them focused on the fundamentals of the used car business is the greatest indicator of your potential success. We provide the training you need in the technical aspects of your small car franchise, and in using our tremendous software model. Your drive and the drive of your staff will determine the level of your success.
Connect and Network
Byrider franchisees meet three times each year. We hold an annual convention each November, but our franchisees also gather both early spring and late summer for a 20 group meeting. The annual convention features an update on the state of the company, an opportunity to participate in a variety of instructional seminars, team building, and a chance to network with fellow dealers. The spring and summer meetings address new information, procedures, and systems provided by Byrider Franchising. They also serve as forums for policy development for the Dealer’s Association, and the sharing of ideas for process improvement and profit maximization.
Part of our Byrider franchise training is marketing assistance. That’s why every franchisee who invests in Byrider is immediately a member of the Byrider Advertising Group Inc.: a full-service in-house agency, capable of providing all types of marketing and communications to better reach your future and current customers. You'll receive research-based marketing strategies as well as targeted advertising materials, including TV, radio, print, direct mail, outdoor, and point-of-purchase materials.
One of the most important parts of franchising is selecting a location for your franchise. This can often make the difference between a successful, thriving business, and one that never quite gets off the ground. We understand the significance of choosing a prime location, which is why Byrider provides guidance on the best possible areas to set up your used car dealership. We will assist you in considering a variety of factors, including the demographics of the location, accessibility, daily traffic counts, competition, rent and construction costs, and whether there is a sufficient residential and commercial presence to support your used car franchise.
