The Power of Networking
At Byrider, we lean into the power of networking. We’ve worked with franchisees from a wide range of backgrounds, many of whom had never before held a position in the auto industry. By gathering three times a year, our franchisees are able to catch up and discuss best business practices with colleagues and address new information, procedures, and systems provided by Byrider Franchising. They also serve as forums for policy development for the Dealer’s Association and the sharing of ideas for process improvement and profit maximization. Our 20 Groups are examples of how, as a franchisee, you’re not going it alone.
Last month, we hosted our franchisees in Indianapolis for our annual July 20 Group event at Bottleworks Hotel . Attendees heard about the latest industry news and insights and participated in engaging breakout sessions on all aspects of the operation. Check out some pictures from the successful event!
